Three Point Properties takes a ‘hands-on’ approach to every project they undertake. They do so by using experienced project managers, creative architects, talented craftsmen and by providing one-on-one customer service. With all of these factors coming together, quality, integrity and design excellence shine are evident in every Three Point Properties project.
Three Point Properties is currently best known for their creative recreational developments in Port Renfrew on Vancouver Island including Wild Coast Cottages & Wild Coast RV Resort. These unique developments offers owners an opportunity for outdoor adventure, investment, rental revenue and a chance to create family memories that will last for generations. Offering unparalleled recreational real estate value, Port Renfrew is expected to be the next Tofino & Three Point Properties is poised to be one of the main players in realizing that vision.
When Three Point Properties purchased the Bamberton site in 2005, they undertook an ambitious and comprehensive environmental remediation of the site. Located on the shores of the Saanich Inlet, Bamberton consists of 1563 Acres, including 5kms of ocean front between Goldstream and Mill Bay. Much of the Bamberton property is part of a former cement plant, limestone quarry and company town that was in operation from 1904 to 1982. This award-winning work was the largest private remediation of an industrial site in the province and gave the property a fresh start and new potential.
