Jack C. Julseth
Co-founder & Chairman, Three Point Properties

Jack Julseth is the co-founder and co-chairman of Three Point Properties. In this role he is responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and ensuring execution on the delivery of its developments. Active in the real estate industry for over thirty years Mr. Julseth has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate development across North America. Over the course of his career he has made a continued commitment to quality and excellence in each facet of his business and personal life, and this is one of the core values upon which Three Point Properties conducts its business.

Mr. Julseth co-founded Three Point Properties (TPP) in 2004 and has grown the company quickly - from one small development in Cordova Bay, B.C. to its current position with more than 30 developments in progress. The company is active in a variety of development areas with a particular strength in the creation of waterfront residential/mixed-use master-planned communities. Among its notable developments in progress include the Bamberton lands, representing 1,500 acres of land on the waterfront near Victoria, B.C.; 450 acres of land in and around the town of Port Renfrew, B.C.; and The Breakwater on Dallas, a 19-unit luxury townhome development overlooking the ocean in downtown Victoria, B.C.

Joe Van Belleghem, CA

Joe is a chartered accountant with over 19 years of experience in real estate development and financing in a range of sectors, including hospitality, residential, office and retail. He has also held ownership interests in a variety of other businesses. Joe was the development consultant for the Vancouver Island Technology Park (VITP), LEED gold certification, the first LEED certified building in Canada.

Joe heads up Windmill West spearheading the Dockside Green project in Victoria, a joint venture with Vancity Credit Union.

Joe is committed to sustainable community design and speaks at numerous conferences around the globe on sustainability

W. Ross Tennant
President & Partner, Three Point Properties

As president and cofounder of Three Point Properties (TPP) Mr. Tennant is responsible for the firm’s operations and development projects, as well as having managed the growth and direction of the company since its inception. As the firm has grown, it has become involved in a wider variety of developments that represent a range of project types and complexities. Ensuring that the infrastructure and staffing have been sufficient to meet the emerging needs of the projects has also become an important priority.

Over the course of his career Mr. Tennant has consistently proven his ability to help guide rapidly growing businesses into profitable market leaders. Mr. Tennant has held senior positions in companies such as Beduin Communications Corporation , Sun Microsystems , Octel Communications, Lucent technologies and BC Tel. Under his stewardship TPP has followed an impressive trajectory, growing from 3 employees and a budget of less than $1.0M in 2004 to over 60 employees with current project values reaching into the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Mr. Tennant began his work with TPP in 2004 when he joined with Jack Julseth to co-found the firm. With Mr. Julseth’s background in real estate development and Mr. Tennant’s in managing high-growth start-ups a complementary relationship was formed. Add strong market conditions, a reputation for quality and integrity, and a group that shared similar convictions to the mix and the path was set for rapid growth and strong market acceptance.
